A compact deck of gentle, time-friendly prompts and facilitation notes created to support caregivers in sharing burdens, naming limits, and giving and receiving mutual compassion.
This resource was made for small groups, peer circles, and quick check-ins. Prompts are short, accessible, and crafted to invite reflection without requiring long emotional exposure. Ideal for regular caregiver check-ins, peer-support meetings, or mutual-reflection moments within the Bee-coming Wise community.
Facilitators can choose a single prompt for a brief 10–20 minute circle, or pair prompts for deeper sharing. Notes include simple timing suggestions, gentle follow-up questions, and ways to close with grounding. Emphasize mutual curiosity and practical needs—what helps today, and what boundary or support would make a difference.
Keep circles caring and clear: set a time limit, invite consent before sharing, and encourage brief check-ins rather than deep processing in group settings. Avoid diagnosing or labeling participants; focus on listening and practical supports. If someone indicates they need clinical, crisis, or professional help, pause the circle and assist them in connecting with appropriate trained resources. Facilitation notes include guidance on referral, pacing, and preventing uneven emotional labor among members.
